About me
Taylor Philhower is the RIASEC Coordinator at the East Central Educational Service Center (ECESC), where she leads career-connected learning initiatives through the Forge Your Future program. She oversees the in-person Student Experience and the Mobile Experience, helping students and teachers explore career pathways aligned with personal strengths and interests. With a background in middle school math, Taylor is passionate about Building Thinking Classrooms and integrating hands-on, inquiry-based learning into education. She plays a key role in expanding ECESC’s engagement with the STEM Ecosystem, ensuring that students across East Central Indiana have access to innovative career exploration and STEM learning opportunities. Through her work, Taylor empowers educators to bring career-connected instruction into classrooms, equipping students with the skills and confidence to forge their futures.
