About me
Dayna Cade received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Elementary Education from Ball State University. This first-grade teacher has dedicated 24 years to igniting a love for learning through hands-on experiences in a STEM-based classroom for Plainfield Community Schools in Plainfield, Indiana. Mrs. Cade is known for her innovative teaching methods and creative lessons that spark curiosity in her students to explore the world around them through daily themes that are both meaningful and engaging. She currently teaches first grade at Clarks Creek, a state-certified STEM school. She is the chair of the STEM committee in her building and is the first-grade representative for the corporation STEM Committee. Dayna Cade uses her experiences of coupling STEM and the science of reading to light a fire under those who seek inspiration.
