Building Resilient Students and Schools; I will share how educating staff (all staff) on the impact childhood trauma has had on building positive relationships between staff and students. Attendees will walk away with strategies they can implement at the start of the school year. Improve attendance and engagement while decreasing student behaviors and teacher stress.
